This lovely second floor unit offers two bedrooms with one queen bed in the master bedroom with ocean views and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The master bedroom has a full bathroom with a beautiful tiled shower. The hallway bathroom also offers a tiled shower. The living area of the condo has a sofa and two chairs perfect for looking out at the ocean. Enjoy the sea breeze on the balcony with two Adirondack chairs. Large flat screen TV in the living room area that offers Roku streaming services. Hallway closet has a stacked washer and dryer. The kitchen is well equipped with a flat top range, garbage disposal, dishwasher and cooking items.

  We have stayed at Ocean View Villas before, but in a different unit. We love the location of these villas and were happy that this unit was available for our quickly planned trip. The units layout is ideal for my family, which included 4 adults, a 2 yr old and a 7 week old. It’s obvious that the unit has been recently redecorated. Kitchen is well equipped and we ate in for most all ours meals. Upon arrival, the unit was very clean. The only thing we noticed was that the fans needed attention.
  Betsy and Susie at Cherry Grove Beach Vacations were so courteous and helpful with our reservation. The check in and out process couldn’t have been easier.

  Overall the unit was nice. Older complex and unit. But, nicely updated bathrooms. Master bed was very comfortable if you like a little firmer mattress. I believe we were one of the first renters after Cherry Grove acquired the unit, so there were a few things that needing fixing that we brought to their attention. Nice gated parking, pool was nice and may even had been heated? Not sure?
  The location to the beach was great!... If you like fishing, hit the Hog Inlet, just East of the complex.
  We've been to Topsail, and the Outer Banks and would definitely rate this stay just as nice!
  The staff at Cherry Grove were very professional, and we felt good knowing they were there if needed. Which we did in one situation with a severely clogged drain in the master bath. Good Job.
