Mrs. E's Beach Cottage

Beautiful mature trees shade this three bedroom cottage on a quiet street in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. A short walk to the beach and to oceanfront dining, or a short drive to shopping. There is a yard for kids to play while you enjoy rocking on the screened in front porch. Plenty of off street parking for four vehicles, with one covered parking space in the back of the home. Easily enter the home using the Handicap accessible ramp in the back of the home, opening into one of the bedrooms. The home has been modified on the interior to accommodate wheelchair usage. There is a spacious handicap accessible bathroom with large shower joining one of the king bedrooms and the double bedroom. The second king bedroom offers a desk for student use. A second, full bathroom with a large shower is located centrally in the home. There is WiFi service and cable TV service available. A full kitchen offers a stove/oven, a microwave and an icemaker in the freezer. A great family home for your next vacation!

  Our experience has been just ok. We are used to being in a nicer beach house, but due to needing no stairs for our dog Molson, we had no other choice. Would not recommend this house to others. There is mold on house and old wooden windows have paint chipping off and I am
  sure there is lead. Not fault of Cherry Grove Beach Vacations. Also, owner left personal items out that cleaning lady had to
  store in a separate area. I went to put clothes in a dresser drawer, and there was a pair of Mens underwear in it. Also, even when locking back door we were able to open door without key. We thank Susie for finding a spot for us so we could bring Molson. Sadly for us we had to euthanize Molson on 2/28. One good thing at this property is they have a ramp if someone is disabled.

  Overall, our stay was good. Cherry Grove was very nice. 2 block walk to the beach was perfect. House does need some cleaning and updating. had broken blinds, window frames are rotting. some of the beds seemed wiggly, along with the dining room table. we were afraid it was going to fall apart. 2-3 remotes for tvs was a bit confusing. considering the houses around Mrs. E's, if this house was updated, I feel they could even ask for more. I would recommend this house because of how close it is to the beach and because Cherry Grove ladies were very nice. It was definitely affordable for a family of 7 for a week!

  I always have the best time at Mrs.E's Cottage, quiet, comfy and away from all the noise and traffic, and just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Needs some upgrades, but overall my trip was fantastic.

  We had a wonderful stay during spring break! This property is two blocks off the beach with public beach access right across Ocean Blvd. Its further away from the touristy areas, so it was quiet and relaxing, but still close to everything we needed and wanted. There was a washer and dryer in the cottage, which was a nice surprise. A good thing to know is that the 3rd bedroom (with the double bed) is only accessible via one of the other bedrooms and it also has one of the home three's external doors to access it. The staff was wonderful. Betsy answered all of our questions and ensured we had a smooth check in and check out. We will definitely plan on booking again next time we vacation in Myrtle Beach!
