Large screened porch on back of house and deck over water. Outside shower and picnic table. Close to public boat landing. Fun moments to be had at Mama's!

  Enjoyed stay. Nice residence. Great neighbors. Only drawback was my desire to develop a long term relationship of staying at same resident year after year (my prior property manager had me in same residence for over 20 years) for certain weeks, but unable to achieve with this residence.

  We enjoyed Mama’s Place. We were a short distance from the beach and did a bunch of fishing in the channel (caught several flounder during low tide). My kids and grandkids had a ball. Definitely recommend for families.
