  We have rented many beach houses over the years and this one is by far the most suitable beach house for us. Perfectly furnished, well stocked kitchen, decks have tables and chairs and excellent location close to the beach. Cherry Grove Beach Vacations has been very helpful with booking and answering any questions we had. Very friendly staff. Hoping we can do this again next year.

  We were fortunate enough to stay in Cricket Cottage over Memorial Day weekend and loved it! The 1.5 bath was not a problem, considering the outdoor shower was in great shape. The walk to the beach (even with a baby) was no problem at all. The kitchen had all of the gadgets, and the property was clean. We also enjoyed the decks, and loved how functional the layout of the house was! We will definitely be back!

  We've rented from CGBV numerous times and have always been pleased with their kindness and professionalism. When our kids were smaller we could easily squeeze our family into smaller properties, but now that the kids are all either grown or teens we needed more space. Cricket Cottage was the perfect accommodation for us to spread out as needed. In addition it was super cute and very clean. Great value for the money! The walk to the beach wasn't very far either, although if you have a lot to carry, I do recommend investing in a wagon.

  We stayed at Cricket Cottage for over three weeks, partly for a beach vacation, but also as a place to stay while our brand new home in Virginia was completed. It was a very agreeable time and space. The cottage has three spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with up-to-date appliances, two decks, one with a view of the boat channel which runs immediately behind the house. Clean and comfortably furnished. 1.5 baths. Two short blocks to a great beach.

  We had a very good experience with Cherry Grove Beach Vacations and our stay at the Cricket Cottage. They house itself was clean and all appliances are updated. We had a problem with the internet when we first arrived. We contacted the realty office and they had it fixed immediately. The location is superb and we would recommend Cherry Grove Vacations.
