  The house is (two blocks from) and a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. (Hint there is an easier way to get to the beach if you go to the left of the pier and there is a hose on that bridge if you want to rinse off.) Very little traffic and in a quiet neighborhood. There is room to park 2 cars in the shaded carport. It has a ground level shower room and garden hoses if you want to rinse off your feet, which was great! Great dock for fishing and we were able to get licenses online. Front and back decks have comfortable chairs. Kitchen has a crock pot, electric griddle and skillet, plenty of dishes and pots and pans! We didn’t need anything! Only drawback is that master bedroom is SUPER bright at 6:30 am! You can’t sleep in because of the light from the window above the deck door. Seriously - it is bright. It also felt hot in that room even though there is a window unit that runs continuously. The house wasn’t as clean as I’d prefer. It was only vacuumed where it could be reached and there was noticeable dust/dirt under chairs and tables. I cleaned it with swiffer products provided. Ceiling fan blades were noticeably dirty. We had to replace light bulbs (that were provided) and did a few other minor repairs. We had to ask to have the lawn mowed and a sink unclogged. Rental property staff responded immediately and were always friendly and professional. We would probably stay here again.

  The location of this house is ideal. It is close to the beach, easy roads to bike on and the neighbors are the best. Even with what was going on this winter the neighbors kept there distance and this stayed together and helped out when needed.

  I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Cherry Grove Beach Vacations! This is my second year using these fine folks. First off they won my business because of their responsiveness. They immediately contacted me after an internet inquiry in their website . I also contacted two other rental agencies the same day and I have yet to hear back from them. They are nothing but professional and super helpful during all stages of planning , reserving and even reached out during my first day there just to check in and make sure everything was to my satisfaction. A little R and R was perfect for my family of 6. The house was super clean , recently renovated and just an overall great property . It sits just 1 1/2 blocks from public beach access on 59th ave. A short walk or even shorter golf cart ride. A super location close to great golf at Tidewater and great food like Hoskins restaurant in North Myrtle . All the benefits of a great beach and family atmosphere, yet not overcrowded in any way. Cherry Grove Beach Vacations has earned my business for ANY and ALL future trips and they certainly care and appreciate your business.

  From the moment we walked into A Little R & R, we knew we would be more than just comfortable for our extended stay. The home was clean, well decorated, and had furnishings that were very comfortable. The large deck on both the front and back of the home allowed for a place to go to either be in the sun or out of the sun. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were friendly and gave us tip on local restaurants and attractions. I can't say enough about how we were treated by the staff at Cherry Grove Realty. They answered all of our questions and were very pleasant to deal with. We will be returning to Cherry Grove next winter and we will be using Cherry Grove Realty for our rental again.
