  We love the location of SessionBreak! Our family has grown and we now have three houses vacationing here each year. This house has a main floor bedroom with a bath which gives us privacy. The new sofas are very nice. We’ll be back next year.

  Overall the property was very nice and enjoyable. The only downfalls we had with the property was the size of the TV's (big football fans) and the furniture was a little outdated and seemed a little dirty. The half bath wasn't usable due to a leak; However property management let us know before arriving. If you are looking for a very professional company then Cherry Grove is the company of choice.

  Home is in the right location for our yearly reunion, but is in desperate need of updating. This was our 2nd year at Session Break, and the house was clean and I was happy to see the carpets had been cleaned before we arrived, everything was fine and in working order. It is a fair price for the location, but its time to update. Also it is on canal but the dock is unusable and probably a tear down, it does not look safe. could be a great house with some cosmetic changes, and the bedroom on main floor is a full mattress on a queen frame, too small for 2 people

  From the beginning to the end of our stay, Cherry Grove Beach Vacations staff was absolutely amazing. The staff is not only genuinely friendly, but very accommodating as well. Our situation was a unique one, with planning a family reunion/wedding, and the team was up for the challenge to help us find housing for all of our family and guests.
  
  The properties selected were exactly what we had hoped for! Each house was very clean and well kept. The Session Break was a unique home that accommodated our guests very well. Everyone was pleased with the floor plan that was open and spacious. Overall it was a great house that was very clean.
