  Enjoyed the view but the cable system for tv was always going off and microwave stopped working. Betsy took over like a trooper and replaced tv and microwave.

  The glass sliding door must be fixed to avoid serious damage. Master bedroom needs firmer mattress ( updated ). Television remote does not work properly.... volume control ... channel guide.

  Kitchen well stocked, although we ate meals out. Only thing needed was possibly a floor lamp on left side of recliner. There was only one lamp on table on the right side of seating area. We like to read at night and it was hard to do with only one lamp. The rental agency provided great customer service. We liked the high comfortable chairs & table on deck.

  We have rented this unit for 20 plus years, so we certainly love the location.The only reason for the low rating on maintenance was for the following condition. Upon arrival the sink garbage disposal had a sign stating "Do Not Use". It did not take long before the reason for the sign was evident. As most people know, the dishwasher and garbage disposal share the same sink drain, It was difficult to say the least not having use of the disposal, and we certainly used the dishwasher all week. Several times when we loaded the dishwasher we noticed smelly black water in the dishwasher bottom (had to have come from the garbage disposal drain). I don't know just how long this unit had been rented, knowingly with this problem, but in my mind such neglect is absurd. We are not talking about a "Bank Buster" expense, nor prolonged installation time, in fact the disposal could have been replaced in 30 minutes, possibly eliminating a possible health issue.

  Our experience at Ocean View was amazing! Our unit was clean and spacious for four guests. Only steps from the beach! It's located at the very end of Cherry Grove, where you can enjoy fishing, kayaking, shelling, paddleboarding and the most amazing views of the ocean!I will definitely be staying here next year! The ladies at CGBR were very sweet and helpful and with any questions I had.
