  The location is right on the beach with a great view. The elevator is nice, and beach access is very easy. The unit could use some updating in terms of furniture and decor. Cleanliness was so-so. You could tell that it hasn't had a deep cleaning in awhile and the furniture in the main room definitely needs to be cleaned or replaced. The cookware had to be washed before using it, but I suspect it just hadn't been used in awhile. The coffee pot is a tiny 4-cup, so be prepared to make a few pots if you're a coffee drinker like we are. The A/C went out our first day there, but one call to the property manager and it was fixed within a couple of hours. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were satisfied with the rental. The only thing that might prevent us from staying here again was the bed in the main bedroom. A King-sized bed would be much more comfortable.

  The week was smooth sailing. The rental company is friendly and responsive. The location of the condo is excellent. We truly enjoyed sitting on the balcony watch the waves roll in. The condition of the condo is dated and needs an update , however it is comfortable/livable

  Location is great! The deck is wonderful as you are right on the beach. The rental was clean but could use some updated. Preferably the kitchen. Would stay here again though because the area is wonderful.

  I would rate this condominium a 10 in everything but ambiance. There it is a two. Walls, doors, ceilings and floors all need a reno. kitchen supplies need a good sorting.

  We had a great time as always. The location was awesome. Loved sitting on the balcony looking out onto the beach. We were only there for 3 days. The kitchen cabinets were dirty and the cookie sheets very used and old. They do have an inground pool which we did use.
